Linguini With Garlic And Sage
What you'll need to get:
Serves 1
- 100g dried Linguini or fresh if it's available
- 1 tablespoon of LURPAK Slightly Salted
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of freshly cut sage
- Salt and Pepper
What you need to do:
Bring to the boil a large saucepan of water, add salt to taste. Finely chop the sage and garlic (or use a garlic crusher). Cook the linguini for 11 minutes if dried, or 5 minutes if fresh, until it's al dente. Meanwhile using a small frying pan cook the garlic in the LURPAK, when nearly cooked add the sage for a further minute. Drain the linguini in a colander and then return to the saucepan, add the garlic and sage mixture and mix thoroughly. Turn out on to a warmed serving dish. Add salt and pepper to taste
And another thing...
Sage is a great herb to grow in a pot or in the garden, as it will last most of the year round.
